I am currently writing a piece on sexploitation at a school nearby. As part of my research I watched the Netflix series The Keepers, about the murder of a young nun in 1969 and the subsequent events that revealed sexploitation of many young girls by one priest in particular, who, like the Baptist preachers that SBC moved around, was moved from parish to parish in Baltimore, MD.

I'm grappling with the realization of how widespread the threat to children, both boys and girls, is in our "modern" world. The figures are stunning, and disturbing on every level.
