I walked around for weeks after I read it, making fun of Brown's repetitive, unimaginative style: "And then I gasped as I looked across the street." "I could not believe what my friend said, it made me gasp noisily." "My gasps filled the room when I saw my friend's new curtins." Horrible, laughable book.
