Great breakdown of the public space and all that the Black community contributes, creatively, socially and psychologically. Because I found the series to be deeply psychological, especially when Legion's brother revealed he was DX'd with bipolar and schizophrenic tendencies. I actually felt sad for him, because he was so clearly mentally ill. But how Reesa got caught up in it because as she said "I wanted it to be my turn, my time."
Who can't identify with that?
I want to mention Reesa Teesa’s decency, honesty and painful self-reflection. That alone kept me watching.
Thank you for breaking it down. Write on!
