Buddha said that JOY is the natural state of the heart. And when we get our brains all wacked out and thinking, thinking, thinking, we are actually moving away from our heart of joy. The fix? Meditation and controlling the brain activity. I think this links up well with Abraham Hicks, who also recommends at least 5 minutes of meditation per day. Preferably 20. I'm on it!
